GAINING A GRANT OF PROBATE TO WIND UP AN ESTATE

If the deceased's estate is above approximately £10,000-15,000, or they are home owners, Probate will be required. This can be very expensive and time consuming. 

 

We are able to offer a full estate administration service which is both cost and time effective, taking care of all of this for you. This includes: 

▶ Collecting all required information

▶ Liaising with all relevant parties

▶ Applying for (and gaining) Grant of Probate

If the deceased dies without a Will (intestate), we can also apply for Grant of letters of administration. Please contact us with all of your Probate requirements.
