▶ Your half of the house is placed into trust and protected;

▶ You specify who is to inherit your share of the home whilst allowing your partner to remain in the property for as long as they wish;

▶  If the surviving partner needs care, your share of the home may not be taken to fund care costs;

▶ Should the surviving partner remarry, your share cannot be passed to another family, protecting this for your intended beneficiaries.
